WELFARE IS CORRUPT, EXCUSE ME, ITS MAJORILY FLAWED!!!
Welfare should be set up to where it gives people a certain amount of time to get back on their feet. It is our taxes that provide this free money to be given to people who decide to live off of it. Where I live, its majority black who abuse the system, we have women having more kids just to get more money, and someone else will raise the kids. There are black couples who will not get married, have 4 or 5 kids, and the woman gets on welfare, and the man does nothing, no job, nothing. Welfare is corrupt, the government should stop wasting our money who work for it, just to turn around and give to sorry people. I say three months max to be on welfare, that is plenty of time for someone to get a job.
