    A life on Tuvalu (2)

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     FlorentB is spending a year in Tuvalu researching effects of climate change. 'Most of the people are aware of climate change even if they sometimes don't understand everything concerning the consequences of this change.'
    - dsashin, CNN iReport producer

1- This ship from New Zealand and Australia comes once a month to Funafuti to provide food, goods and material for the 8 islands of Tuvalu

2- This is the highest part of the Funafuti island, showing how this country is vulnerable to sea-level rise

3- The high tides flood once a month the lowest areas of Tuvalu. The water does not come from the shore, but through the gound. This a really recent and worrying phenomenon.

    4- The flag of Tuvalu.
