    Malene Rix is an Author and Negotiations Expert training individuals and companies to conduct contructive and successful negotiations. She wrote a book called "When Women Negotiates at work and in private" where she addressed the issue of women being more skilled to negotiate than they think they are.

     

    We talked about negotiations skills, methods, attitudes, pressure, power, and knowledge during and before a negotiation process.
