My name is Christina Goodlow.

I am from Vicksburg, MS.

You may have heard of my city for several reasons besides my state being the fattest state in the nation.

I am a mother of a 9 years old girl and a wife of 15 years. 

I am employed at a gym and can’t seem to lose 40 pounds to get me to the healthy weight I would love to be.

I currently exercise every day.

Nutrition is my biggest challenge. 

Do I want to run, swim and bike in the same day. Heck yes!  I need a bigger challenge other than my current surrounding.

Dr. Gupta - Did I mention CNN Hero Linda Fondren and Patrick House of The Biggest Loser are from my home town.

SO, I want to get to a point where I do not need to struggle with my weight any longer and this is challenge that I need.

I am ready to be selected as one of this year’s six pack for training.
