    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     charlesp7703 of Beverly Hills, California, used to be a butler for one of his neighbors. He'd also decorate the house and then other folks started asking him to do their Christmas lights. He started a small business decorating homes and he's been busy with lights during the holiday season for nine years now.
