    23 Inches Snow NJ Blizzard Video


    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     MikeBlack, a science teacher in Belmar, New Jersey, said, 'I knew this was going to be a big event and I wanted to show how much snow there was drifting up there,' he said. 'We're completely snowed in and my heat is off, but we're coping. I'm watching the weather and trying to wait for my heating guy to put my heat back on.'

    Snow began around 11am this morning, about 2 inches of snow per hour since the storm began.
