Getting Intimate With the Economy: {intimacy} Bra Boutiques Susan & David Nethero, {intimacy}
- katie, CNN iReport producer
I followed one business throughout the year alongside benchmarks in the overall economy. You've seen how their personal economy is doing in comparison to the nation’s trends, with insight along the way from these successful entrepreneurs with a quickly-growing enterprise.
In this skype interview, the husband and wife team (you might notice Susan the "Bra Whisperer" from Oprah, Today Show and more) give me a 12 month recap of their business {intimacy} -- a chain of specialty bra boutiques they founded nearly 19 years ago.
They discussed their differentiators (a few: specialty bra fitting, unique inventory), their commitment to their team and their company culture, and their emphasis on the customer experience in this service-based business.
