Partial Sun Eclipse 4 January 2010

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     MikeCurtasu, a student, says he has seen almost all the eclipses since 2004 that could be seen from Romania and used a solar filter to capture the event between about 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. Tuesday. He achieved images #1 and #2 by taking a piece of cardboard and punching holes in it to form a text. 'The holes acted like a lens projecting the image on the wall.'
    - dsashin, CNN iReport producer

We had clear skies during the eclipse, witch was incredible because just before the start it was overcast all over Bucharest.  After the maximum phase i played around with a piece of cardbord, projecting the eclipsed sun on the wall. This really made my day :)
