    Partial solar eclipse from Netherlands

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     jcstahmer took these pictures from her balcony in the Netherlands. She watched the eclipse for 20 minutes before the clouds covered it.

    My 1st time I've ever seen anything like this. The weather wasn't great this morning but we had a small gap! It began with a single streak of sunlight over the horizon. Then an amazing partial bit of the sun peaking through the horizon. An amazing crescent sun was out and proud and we lost it over the cloud coverage after a few minutes. They were an  amazing few minutes!
