Survivng ALS with Cannabis, Pt 5 - "A New Journey Begins"

Cathy Jordan embarks on a "Journey for Justice" - the six day ordeal of a caravan of medical marijuana patients, in wheel chairs and on foot. Their objective - to meet with Gov. Jeb Bush, who told the press that he'd never met a medical marijuana patient. Latest science now show how the neuroprotective properties of Cannabis can halt progression of auto-immune diseases like MS and ALS. Interestingly, the U.S. National Institute of Health holds a patent on Cannabinoids as neuroprotectant and anti-inflammatory - precisely the actions needed by auto-immune sufferers. Mostly filmed in 2000, when Cathy had already survived 14 years after her diagnosis of ALS, this is a chapter of her story, with updates from this year. Yes, Cathy is still surviving ALS with medical Cannabis (for 22 years now) , with a great quality of life and inspiring spirit. Check out her channel at: http://youtube.com/SurvivingALS
