The Screening Room - Tucson Arizona - Our Thoughts Are With You

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     serkes says he's a big neon sign and art deco fan, so he took this picture in part for the news going on and also because of the beauty of the image. He says he later spoke with people around town who knew Rep. Giffords, including at the Arizona Jewish History Museum. serkes says he was shown a picture like the one on this news story about Giffords opening a time capsule from the cornerstone of the museum.

We were in Tucson the night of the massacre.

The marquee of The Screening Room, 127 East Congress, says it all.

We saw enormous outpouring of warmth and respect for Representative Gabby Giffords.

    What a tragedy

    Ira Serkes
