    I turn 60 this year and I have seen the excesses of the police and bureaucrats in the exercise of their mandate, initiated with the election of Ronald Reagan and spearheaded by Bill Bennett.

     

     

     

     

    Marijuana cost 400 times more than it did 15 years ago and is lower quality.  I'm sure people like Bennett consider that a success.

     

     

     

    Advocate all things in moderation and yes marijuana should be legal
