Showbiz411.com exclusive: Kevin Smith protests the protesters at the Red State Sundance Film Festival premiere.
January 23, 2011
Filmed by: Chris Barrett
Last night, Kevin Smith arrived at the Sundance Film Festival premiere of his film "Red State," Smith's first completely independent film since Clerks (1994). Before the event, it had been well publicized that the screening would be protested due to the portrayal of fanatical Christians featured in the film.
Kevin Smith, Jason Mewes, and other friends of the director arrived with their own signs to peacefully protest the protesters.
