This Country's Mood Is At A Historical Low?
It has been stated that this country's mood is at an historical low. If you take this kind of emotional road, you will fail at everything you try to do.
I am happy. I am content. I lost my job, yet I love life. I know it could be worse. I have great health, a positive attitude, love and support from friends and family. I know things could be worse. I live one day at a time. I smile often. I volunteer to help people. I know things could be worse. I can see the earth's beauty each day. I can smell the scents of summer. I can wink at a beautiful woman while walking down main street. I know things could be worse.
I was rejected by 20 employers who said I was not a good match for them, yet I walked away with a smile. 10 employers never responded to me , yet I emailed my resume to 5 employers today. I know things could be worse.
My attitude is great while enduring these tough times. I could quit, yet failure is not an option and success is everything I have got. I know things could be worse.
So why is the country's mood at an historical low? Things could be worse.
