What happens to Boiling Water at -29?

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     montevideomn decided to recreate an experiment she had seen on the Internet with her friend to see if it really worked. Temperatures in Minnesota have been incredibly cold lately reaching the negative thirties. The two friends decided to take the experient a step furthur and used three gallons of boiling water to see what would happen. 'This was one of the coldest days we have had this year. It does get colder though. But we are used to the cold in Minnesota.' It was -17 °F with a -29 °F wind chill.

Angie Steinbach and Holly Sherod demonstrate what happens to boiling water in -29 degree wind chilled air in Montevideo, Minnesota.
