    Did Congress do enough?

On The Verge of Becoming an Activist

I don't have anything to upload but my frustration.

The news of late has been an eye opener to say the least.  I know it is politics as usual but if congress doesn't do something now to start the ball rolling on a functional, practical and cost efficient energy policy, there will be some house cleaning going on come the next election.

If they continue to put their party affiliation ahead of the good of the american people, they will pay the price.  I wonder how they would feel about being jobless and wondering where the next paycheck will come from.

It doesn't take a degree to understand that making a renewable fuel (from corn for example) that uses more energy to manufacture than you get from the finished product is ridiculous. Nuclear energy, wind energy, solar energy, hydroelectric energy and tapping our own fossil fuel resources  (until we are on track with other sources of energy) makes sense.  Take a look around the world and see what is working.  If it works somewhere else it will work here.  We don't need to reinvent the wheel.

Common sense in our government seems to be as scarce as cheap fuel.

My advise to Congress is to try and do something right for a change and do it now!
