    Bald Eagles at Play

    Today on the Mississippi River there were an abundance of bald eagles sitting on the ice and flying nearby.  In this picture, a bald eagle is flying above some ducks while other bald eagles sit on the ice behind him.

     

    In the 20 minutes I was nearby taking pictures, at least 10 other people came to watch these birds at play.
