    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     telmad's father shot this uplifting video of the clean-up efforts in Tahrir Square. 'I'm ecstatic,' he said. 'My entire family lives [in Egypt] and they have been participating actively in the demonstrations every day.'

    My dad went to Tahrir Square on Saturday Feb 12, the first morning of Freedom after President Mubarak resigned office. This Saturday marks the first day in the post Mubarak era, and the first day in a long path to democracy in Egypt.

     

    Notice at 0:46, a young man picks up the plastic bottle, he tells my dad that this belongs in recycling instead.
