Swiss Antique Fair in Le Landeron
LE LANDERON, SWITZERLAND -- Thousands of visitors troop every year to this old market town, where Switzerland's largest outdoor antique fair is held every September.
Here, some 300 market stands display a wide array of antique collectibles — watches, cameras, jewelry, LP records, photo albums, furniture, phonographs, kitchenware, and a host of collectibles — much to the delight of antique fair goers.
Antique aficionados, who regularly visit Le Landeron during its yearly antique flea market, always experience the joy of rummaging through a plethora of old merchandise that speak so much history. It is reported that approximately 100,000 people visit Le Landeron's three-day antique fair every year.
This year, the Le Landeron Brocante market will open to the public on September 27-28, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Entrance is free.
