Why is Walmart so successful?
The reason behind Walmart's success is the Customers, and if it weren't for the Customers, all the Associates who work there wouldn't have a job. Yes, some Associates do moved on and find a better job, but they are some that are loyal and celebrating their 25th anniversary or more.
The reason I decide to post this is because I couldn't stand the whinnying that the people make about Walmart. I work there, and I'm really grateful for the Customers that come to my store. I'm also glad that the Customers are the one to make Walmart make the No 1 spot in the Fortune 500.
Thank You Customers! You are No 1 at Walmart.
