    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     'I think there was a mixture of emotions,' at the rally, said zakdaze. 'They were optimistic, but very concerned about the loss of life that's already occurred. They're familiar with the brutality of the regime, so they're anticipating a lot more deaths. It's a mixture of optimism and hope but fearful for the bloodshed.'
