    Downtown Atlanta is filled with divisive forces. The Tea Party has shown up to counter protest against pro-union organizers camped on the steps of Georgia's Capitol. Much smaller in number and less formally organized than the pro-union forces, Tea party members show no less passion with their limited collective voice.
