    Charlie Sheen Training Tips

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     DrawtheDog artist Jim George says he got the idea that Charlie Sheen could use a social guide dog and started drawing. He says he finished the cartoon at about 4:30 or 5 in the morning. Jim said he really felt bad for Sheen and that "he could use a guide dog to give him a tug every once in a while."
