Credit Union "Dish On Jersey" Recipe Contest Selects Winners
To celebrate North Jersey Federal Credit Union DAY in the City of Newark, NJ - a panel of celebrity judges were on hand at New Community Corporation’s Priory Atrium to taste and select top three winning recipes during the "Dish on Jersey" recipe contest.
Jonathan Butler, the top chef from the New Community School of Culinary Arts, along with his culinary students, selected and prepared 11 recipes from over 80 submitted exclusively by North Jersey Federal Credit Union members. North Jersey Federal will publish a cookbook featuring the winning recipes along with 72 others. The cookbook will be sold for $19.36 in honor of the year North Jersey Federal was founded, 75 years ago. All proceeds from its sale will go to the North Jersey Federal Credit Union Foundation to support scholarship programs for youth and teens.
