Virgin Mobile Network Down
For the past 12 hours Virgin Mobile's data network has been unreachable. No phone on the Sprint-owned network can connect to the Internet nor text message. The people on the company's Facebook site are livid.
Getting through to Virgin Mobile's tech support or customer support has been practically impossible. Even their website has been experiencing problems from the onslaught of disappointed customers.
Remarkably the no one from the company has posted anything about the status of this outage on their website or their Facebook account.
