    Swaying Ground & Water Spouts

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     klompen222 says he was walking through a park to get to a train station so he could go home when the quake started. 'I thought I was dizzy or getting sick, then realized the earth was moving.'
    - nsaidi, CNN iReport producer

This was moments after the intial quake, in Makuhari, near Tokyo.  Not significant damage, but video of ground fissures moving and water spouting up from the ground.  Makuhari is on created land -- out of Tokyo Bay -- so this is unusual behavior to see the water come up through the ground.
