    Migraine Heals

    For 8 years, when I was still taking birth pills 19 years ago, I’ve had the experience of severe migraines.

     

    I was told that it was caused by the pills I was taking.  I noticed when I stopped taking the pills, my migraine was not as often and severe.

     

    I hate being out in the sun for it will pre-empt my migraine.  I’ve had couple of worst migraine attacks when I felt my head would burst and crack. It was a bad experience.

     

    When I get migraines, one thing that cures me is to be in a cozy dark room and put myself into sleep.

     

    Migraine cures with proper lifestyle and treatment.
