Did a rocket launch from Florida today?

At approximately 2:15PM Eastern time, residents in Aventura, Florida hear what sounded like a 747 Jumbo jet flying extremely low over their buildings and homes. The sound was so loud for approximately 45 seconds.  Residents were on their patios and balconies only to look into the horizon facing NORTH towards Fort Lauderdale to see a white object hurreling into the afternoon sky. With a yellow large flame shooting from the bottom of the object, a large smokey plume could be seen for miles away.  Was it a rocket? Was it a shuttle?  So far there is nothing on the news, but see the photos for yourself. What was it? Photos were taken from my home balcony in Aventura on the 21st floor.  For I-Reports, I'm Grant Van Ulbrich.
