    Nearly Empty Streets In Tokyo

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Pozzy shot this video of a deserted intersection in downtown Tokyo on Sunday. "I was biking around searching for a grocery store or convenient store that still had food, however there was next to nothing available to purchase in this area of Tokyo. Most Sundays this road would be filled with cars and have hundreds of people on the sidewalks but due to the quake, very few people were coming out."
    - jmsaba, CNN iReport producer

It is a day and a half after the massive 9.0 earthquake hit Japan and the effects continue to show even in Tokyo where food is hard to find in areas and people have decided to stay home rather than take in the nice sunny March day.  On a normal Sunday, this road would be packed with cars and people walking, usually impossible to even consider jaywalking, but today is unlike a normal Sunday.
