    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     AllanCook runs out of gas today but manages to buy some after waiting in a 20-minute line. Nuclear fears have start to spread as well, he said.

    In the wake of the disaster that was unleashed on Japan by the devastating 9.0 Earthquake and following Tsunami, and then Economic Chaos, now the Japanese fear a fourth disaster in the form of Nuclear Fallout!
