    Laborer Targeted

I visited this man in the hosital and asked him to tell me his stoy:"I am a Pakistani laborer who works in Bahrain. On Wednesday the 14th of March, after finishing my prayers I came back home to eat lunch in Manama. The protesters broke into my room destroyed my TV, fridge, and stole my money. There were 4 people in my room and 2 waiting outside. My house was damaged. They then hit me with a steel at the back of my head and on my legs with a stone, I was afraid, they then jammed a steel rod into me. I then managed to run away and jumped to the nearby building. I was then transferred to Salmaniya Hospital by ambulance and the people there shouted at me and spit at me. Only one doctor treated me there, the other doctors kept spitting at me. I was then transferred by Ambulance to the BDF Hospital" This story and man other people I talked to who aren't willing to spread their names proves that the protesters have been targeting people just because of their southasian and arabic origins. Here it isn't a case of democrac it's a case of blatant racisim
