    Water mill "De Zwaan" [ The Swan ] from the early 18th century, along the Amstel River, has contributed to the drainage of the West Bijlmer - Small and Duivendrecht polder till 1910. The mill takes its name from family who has contributed much to the renovation of the mill at the end of the forties.
