    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     JohnBoyWI photographed the odd scene outside. 'It was real strange. It had a blue tint to the ice. I don't know what causes that. It was just amazing the size of the ice. It went over the wall.'

    A windy storm forced ice from Green Bay onto the marina breakwater wall at Menominee MI. The storm dumped more than a foot of snow on Marinette WI. and Menominee MI. Wednesday. The city of Menominee closed 1st Street from 6th to 14th Avenue because of drifting snow blown off of Green Bay..
