    The National Aviary

    When you think of "national" attractions, the focus almost immediately turns to Washington DC and with good reason. For many people, the town of Pittsburgh, PA would never cross their minds in such a discussion.

     

    It is here that the National Aviary was conceived and built though.  Bringing together quite a few rare species of birds, new live shows and several interactive exhibits, it is one of the best aviaries in the country.
