    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     PaulHillier says fashion in Canada can sometimes be an unconscious thing. 'Everyone wears clothes, but rarely do people give much thought about what they are communicating with their clothes. People in Canada tend to dress more with their hearts.'

    Even in the harsh Canadian winters where people are bundled up under layers and layers, a glimpse of Toronto's colorful underbelly can always be seen if you know where to look.
