Author Lia Scott Price to speak at Frontier Paracon

Author Lia Scott Price, known for her vampire trilogy novel "The Guardian, Revenant, and Dominion" featuring her Serial Killer & Vampire Guardian Angels (TM), will be speaking at the Pampa Texas Paranormal Research Society's (PTPRS) 1st Paranormal Conference on Saturday, June 11, 2011 in Amarillo Texas. PTPRS was founded by Dan Guthrie, and the group is hosting the event which will include guests from A&E's "Paranormal State" and SyFy's "Ghost Hunters" and "Ghost Hunters International".

Lia Scott Price is the creator of a "new breed of vampire" and explores the alternate and controversial view of guardian angels as harmful and vengeful entities in her novel. She is also a horror film producer and explores this concept in her films. Her talk will feature guardian angels as unseen, possibly negative entities. "We really don't know who or what it is we are praying to. It could be a negative entity disguised as a guardian angel with the intent to harm instead of help us.", says Price.

The event will be held at the Ambassador Hotel from 8AM to 9PM.
