    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     gipper26 went out again May 8 to investigate the flooding in the Memphis, Tennessee, area. He says, 'Things have worsened, for some considerably. I have noticed at my airport the water table is so high that water is seeping up through the cracks in the asphalt. In addition the downtown airport, General Dwitt Spain, is under ten feet of water.'
