    Top Gun At 25 Up There With The Best Of The Best

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     TheVideoMan the Mealeys are huge fan of the movie, Top Gun. Mrs Mealey saw the movie over 100 times. Allen said this movie was the first big movie of the MTV generation in the 1980s.

    Please watch our video as Al & Roberta report from The March Air Field Museum in Moreno Valley, CA - About 70 miles east of Los Angeles.

     

    Has "Top Gun" stood the test of time? It was the first film for the "M-TV" generation, despite tepid reviews, it went on to gross $353M worldwide - that is over 1 Billion dollars now when adjusted for inflation.

     

    The answer from us is a definite "Yes", with its pounding soundtrack, memorable quotes, and incredible cinematography, it defined a generation. Home theatre would never be the same...

     

    This movie is still up there with the best of the best!
