Higashimatsushima , Japan April 7th 2011
At 23:40 just as thousands of victims were sleeping in emergency shelters all over Tohoku , Japan a second large quake of 7.4 struck. As victims nearly ran to safety an International Disaster Assistance Team had the mind to turn on their video recorder as they ran for higher ground to avoid the coming 3 meter seas moving at 800 plus kilometers per hour. There are spots of darkness and silence in this video that is 100% real and not recreated.
