CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Tarahj and her husband grabbed their dogs and ran to take cover in their hallway when they saw the tornado coming straight for them. 'It was so cold and the sky got so dark so fast. It all happened so fast,' Tarahj said. 'We got to the hallway and I slammed the door behind me. We did not have time to do anything else.' Tarahj said that her and her husband remained in the hallway just 'praying, hoping it would end.' She described the sounds of the tornado as the scariest part. 'It was like three trains being five feet away from you,' Tarahj said. 'It sounded like the whole house at any second was going to collapse. It felt like it lasted so long. I’ve never been so happy to be alive because we really thought that was it.'
