    Volunteer Work in Kesennuma Motoyoshicho

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     AndyinNarita says that he returned to Japan to volunteer and help with recovery efforts, after having left the country shortly following the March 11 earthquake. 'The people of Motoyoshi and Kesennuma have seen some of the most incredible destruction in the history of the world,' he said. 'I feel blessed that I have been connected to the people of Motoyoshi, and I intend to continue to help. I have also committed to sending as much press and volunteers as possible to the area!'
    - jmsaba, CNN iReport producer

We spent 5 days volunteering in two small fishing villages that were destroyed by the March 11 Tsunami. These are just 80 people in 25 homes in a 5 mile stretch of coast line.

There are still tens of thousands of people homeless who have nothing left. The devastation is massive, and the rebuilding effort will take years.

Please do anything and everything you can to donate or volunteer to help.

This is a short photo journal of our time with the wonderful and resilient people of Motoyoshi Cho.
