Passed 50 - Two more years and it's 60 for me!!
My senior years have been and continue to be GREAT!! I enjoy physical activities such as those shown in the attached photos (e.g., Bikram Yoga, hang gliding, SPA treats). Every year during my B-Day month, I have a full calendar of events and plan something exciting I've never done - such as sky diving, zip lining, fly an airplane.
Practicing TM (Transcendental Meditation) and working out at the gym are a MUST and I try to maintain a positive attitude regardless of the circumstances.
When we surround ourselves with supportive family and friends - participate in something we have a PASSION for - our senior years can be a wonderful experience to enjoy!! (smile)
