MyPlate: The Vegetarian Option
This is my vegetarian re-design of the MyPlate food guide. I threw the fat loaded milk out and replaced it with a nice hot cup of tea. I also modified the protein option to include vegetarian sources. This is just a suggested model and obviously only one of many possible healthy diet designs.
