I focus on plants and quality/clean meats. There's more to a meal than what's on the plate, so included are the ways in which I experience my food, raw vs cooked; the amount of food I consume during breakfast vs lunch and dinner; blended vs solid foods that I eat; farmer's markets vs retail stores (btw-FMarkets also includes foraged and homegrown goods).
