    A graphic representation of "My Rainbow Meal Plate"

     

    My Rainbow Meal plate consists of almost all colors of food from different food groups, like Mix Fresh Fruits & Nuts(Fruits), Vegetables Raw & Cooked(Vegetables), MultiGrain & Flax Seed Bread(Grains), Peanut Quinoa &/or Brown Rice (Protein), LowFat Blueberry Yogurt (Diary)and a Glass of Water all in "Stainless steel" (cutting off disposables and going green)..."Now thats my vegetarian paradise plate".
