    Unbelievable? We the People saw it that way too. But, as there were no other jobs which the St Croix Island Administrator's wife could perform, that's the one he have her. She does not have to report to a desk, that would be unfair: she keeps a desk in her beauty salon. Yes, this is true. She works out of her own salon and earns $62k to cut the governors hair. For that price we certainly hope she cuts his toenails as well. The hairdresser was hired before the governor announced his dismissal of 600 workers. This governor is going to dismiss/fire two school workers to justify paying a salary to a hairdresser.
