    Bike : My Buddy

    Biking and walking are what I love to do.  In the photo, I have included my shoes with the bike because they are perfect combination.

     

    We used to walk and bike with my friends every weekend and sometimes after work.  Or if we want to go to the grocery or visit a friend.

     

    Of course, the most important thing is, exercise to the max for a good health.

     

    And it is traffic free and environment friendly.
