    Human Rights Watch Confirms Russia used Cluster Bombs in Georgia

    Human Rights Watch has just officially confirmed at a press conference in Tbilisi that Russians have used cluster bombs in Georgia , prohibited by an international agreement to which Russia is a party.

     

    This is how Russia honors its commitments. This is VANDALISM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
