Irving Saladino arrives in Panama
Irving Saladino, Panama's Olympic Gold-medalist in the long jump, arrives in Panama at 11:45 CST. He was met by thousands of festive Panamanians ready to celebrate the accomplishments of this World Champion. It was the first Olympic medal won in 60 years for this small country on the Isthmus and Irving brought home the "only" Gold medal ever won by a Panamanian.
