This iReport is part of an assignment:
More expensive to eat |
I CAN BARELY MAKE END'S MEAT WITH THESE FOOD PRICE'S
I can barely make end's meat with these ridiculous food price's. I went to the store and purchased $213.50 worth of food, with a discount of 9.00 saving from the Market saving program there. Believe or not I have to stretch this food for two entire week's. I can squeeze a dollar like no one can. I usually have purchase about $100.00 of poultry meat's, ready to eat frozen meal's, vegetable's, hot cereal's and all rest is history. I get nervous as I approach the food counter, I start looking to see what I could have missed. Well, I say to myself "I better hold my horse's I might have enough to buy what's in the basket already. My store has put many item's on sales, but certain item's has elevated because of the oil situation. It is a amazing how certain extra's can mount up as you try to be fungal, spend less. But, It so hard to budget when the money isn't there from the get go. End's meat have become increasingly difficult to get managed. We need a relief from the mental struggle at the market to support our families.
